Ray Santos is a shining example of First United Mortgage's philosophy to hire the most educated and dedicated staff. Ray believes that "knowledge is power", and with that in mind he began his college career. Ray's motivation led him to fulfill his goal of a college education. He graduated with honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Business and Economics with and emphasis on finance.

Next came his entrepreneurial goal to own his own business and attain financial success. This motivation to achieve, persevere, and the drive to win have made him the man he is today.

His decade of personal and business experience in the lending industry has helped his clients to attain personal wealth and financial success. Through his efforts, he has helped hundreds of families attain their first home and he has since advised many of them with their personal finances.  Ray's clients aren't just here for one transaction, rather he is their personal financial mentor for life. Most of Ray's clients are repeat clients and referrals. This is the foundation of his business and a testament of his ability and character.
